By accessing or using Promptizy (www.promptizy.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Promptizy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Promptizy is a web-based AI prompt generation tool operated by DG Enterprises, located in Germantown, Tennessee. It helps users create optimized, structured prompts for third-party AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok.
Promptizy generates prompt text. It does not execute prompts, provide AI responses, or guarantee any particular outcome from the AI tools you use the prompts with.
You can use Promptizy without creating an account. Optionally, you may sign in with Google OAuth to sync your saved prompts and manage a Pro subscription.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account access with others or allow unauthorized use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Promptizy. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
Free tier: 5 prompts per day (resets at midnight local time), 3 saved prompts, access to all personas and AI tools.
Pro tier ($9/month or $79/year): Unlimited prompt generations, unlimited saved prompts, and access to all current and future features.
We reserve the right to modify the features and limits of each tier. If we make changes that materially reduce the value of a paid plan, we will give existing subscribers reasonable notice.
You agree not to use Promptizy to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules, with or without notice.
Prompts you generate using Promptizy are yours. You may use them for any lawful purpose without restriction. We do not claim ownership of the prompts you create.
The Promptizy name, brand, logo, design, personas, prompt templates, scoring algorithms, and codebase are the intellectual property of DG Enterprises. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform, templates, or proprietary content without our written permission.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal or by emailing hello@promptizy.ai. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid period. You will not be charged again.
Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@promptizy.ai.
After 7 days: Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period.
Annual plan: If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a prorated refund for unused months. After 30 days, standard cancellation applies.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Promptizy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Prompts generated by Promptizy are suggestions and starting points. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other kind of specialized advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting any prompt before using it.
We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DG Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Promptizy.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Promptizy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity AI, Google (Gemini), or xAI (Grok). The responses you receive from those tools are governed by their respective terms of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Promptizy at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or extended inactivity.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you may cancel it as described in Section 7.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If you have an account, we may also notify you by email for significant changes.
Continued use of Promptizy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, your remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel any paid subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Promptizy shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
