Promptizy is operated by DG Enterprises, located in Germantown, Tennessee, United States. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means DG Enterprises.

Promptizy uses your browser's local storage to save:
This data lives entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data for Promptizy.
The optional voice input feature uses your browser's built-in Web Speech Recognition API. Audio is processed by your browser's speech service provider (typically Google or Apple) — not by Promptizy. We never receive, store, process, or transmit your voice recordings.

All connections to Promptizy are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. Since we don't store your prompts or personal data on our servers, there is minimal attack surface for data breaches.
We retain your email address and subscription records for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. Browser local storage data is retained until you clear it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Promptizy is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting your email during checkout is contractual necessity (we need it to manage your subscription). For analytics, our legal basis is legitimate interest (improving our service). You may exercise your data rights under GDPR by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Promptizy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Rules for using Promptizy
By accessing or using Promptizy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Promptizy is a web-based prompt generation tool that helps users create optimized, structured prompts for third-party AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok. Promptizy generates prompt text — it does not execute prompts or provide AI responses.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Promptizy. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
During the early access period, you may need an access code to use Promptizy. You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential. You may not share, sell, or distribute access codes without our permission.
Free tier: 5 prompts per day (resets at midnight local time), 3 saved prompts, access to all personas and AI tools.
Pro tier ($5/month or $48/year): Unlimited prompt generations, unlimited saved prompts, all current and future features.

Promptizy generates prompts for use in third-party AI tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity AI, Google (Gemini), or xAI (Grok). The responses you receive from those tools are governed by their respective terms of service. Promptizy is not responsible for any output produced by third-party AI tools.
Promptizy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DG Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Promptizy. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DG Enterprises from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, your remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel any paid subscription.
How payments work
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Monthly plan: $5.00 USD per month, billed monthly.
Annual plan: $48.00 USD per year, billed annually ($4.00/month effective).
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle. We will not increase your rate during an active billing period without notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. You will not be charged again.
Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked. Email support@promptizy.com.
After 7 days: Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period.
Annual plan: If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, standard cancellation applies (access through end of paid period, no refund).
To request a refund, email support@promptizy.com with your email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge according to their standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your Pro access will be downgraded to the free tier. We will send a notification to your email before downgrading.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@promptizy.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We respond to all billing inquiries within 1 business day and are committed to resolving issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination.
We may change our subscription pricing from time to time. If we increase prices, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice via email before the new rate applies. You may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
