How we handle your data
Promptizy is operated by DG Enterprises, located in Germantown, Tennessee, United States. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means DG Enterprises.
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our service:
Promptizy uses your browser's local storage to save:
This data is stored locally on your device for fast access. If you are signed in, saved prompts and subscription status may also be synced to our cloud database (Supabase) to enable cross-device access. You can delete local data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data for Promptizy.
The optional voice input feature uses your browser's built-in Web Speech Recognition API. Audio is processed by your browser's speech service provider (typically Google or Apple) — not by Promptizy. We never receive, store, process, or transmit your voice recordings.
We use the following third-party services:
Promptizy uses PostHog for product analytics. PostHog may set cookies or use local storage to track anonymized usage data such as page views, feature interactions, and session information. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics tracking.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can opt out of analytics tracking by using your browser's built-in privacy settings, enabling Do Not Track, or using an ad blocker or privacy extension.
All connections to Promptizy are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. Prompt data is processed transiently through our API servers and is not permanently stored after generation is complete.
We retain your email address and subscription records for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. Browser local storage data is retained until you clear it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Promptizy is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting your email during checkout is contractual necessity (we need it to manage your subscription). For analytics, our legal basis is legitimate interest (improving our service). You may exercise your data rights under GDPR by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Promptizy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
How payments work
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Monthly plan: $9.00 USD per month, billed monthly.
Annual plan: $79.00 USD per year, billed annually ($6.58/month effective).
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle. We will not increase your rate during an active billing period without notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. You will not be charged again.
Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@promptizy.ai.
After 7 days: Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period.
Annual plan: If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, standard cancellation applies (access through end of paid period, no refund).
To request a refund, email hello@promptizy.ai with your email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge according to their standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your Pro access will be downgraded to the free tier. We will send a notification to your email before downgrading.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at hello@promptizy.ai before filing a dispute with your bank. We respond to all billing inquiries within 1 business day and are committed to resolving issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination.
We may change our subscription pricing from time to time. If we increase prices, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice via email before the new rate applies. You may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
